“A deliberate Friday vote within the Home Funds Committee to advance the GOP megabill is more and more in peril, with not less than three hard-liners pledging to oppose the party-line laws,” Politico reviews.

“Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC), who sits on the Funds Committee, advised reporters he’ll vote towards the bundle of tax cuts and extensions, border safety investments, power coverage and extra. So will Reps. Josh Brecheen (R-OK) and Chip Roy (R-TX).”

In the meantime, Home Funds Chair Jodey Arrington (R-TX) stated he might delay his panel’s markup of the reconciliation bundle as a consequence of “rising” GOP opposition.
